Worst place to go to, the dentist and her staff are horrible. NO Manners at all, laughing behind your back. The only way to help the situation is to report them to the WV Board of dentistry. wvbodprod.glsuite.us (under public information , complaint form)

Girlfriend called a month ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. Called in and verified insurance. Then she calls off work and goes in the day of the appt., and low and behold they don’t accept her insurance. Pure incompetence on their behalf. Pure stupidity.

Come in for same day dentures inquiry, that day prior to receiving my payment the staff seemed very nice and polite and understood my concerns, the day I go in for the procedure, the staff is snickering the whole time while trying to remove my teeth, they are making comments, yelling at me to keep my mouth open, and being very forceful and rough, all while including a student in the room without my knowledge. They finish the extractions up and slap my new dentures in and send me on my way, no explanation of care, possible concerns or anything. Finally I discovered on the paperwork I am to leave them in for 24 hours and return the next day, so on the way out I get the appointment time scheduled for the next day. I arrive the next day she forcefully pulls them out of my mouth, looks in and says looks good, slap them back in and tried to send me on my way, I explain to her that they were cutting my upper gums, so she made a small adjustment and then got very snippy stating I would have… to “toughen up” until the comfort liner stage. A full week into process I have to schedule an appointment to return because the piece of bone is protruding from my lower left gum cutting my tongue to pieces, they schedule an appointment, I arrive, wait in the waiting room for an hour, then finally go back to wait in the exam room for another 30 minutes. Finally Dr. Nichols comes and looks in my mouth and says that’s an ulcer there’s nothing we can do for you, I said ma’am I said with all due respect I don’t believe an ulcer is sharp, this is not only painful it is cutting my tongue. She looks in again, says that is bone, and an ulcer sir, it takes six months for the bone to heal properly so I suggest you just get some Orajel anytime you eat and put on it. I said so there is nothing you can do for me, she claims that she could cauterize it but it would hurt very bad and snickered. I said ma’am, I would rather it hurt very bad once and than hurt terrible for six months. She simply shrugged her shoulders and walked out, I then ask her if I could get a work excuse for a couple until the area would heal up enough to perform my daily job duties without the rush of open sores and infection, she claimed well let me check usually we only give a couple days after the initial surgery, that’s just an ulcer I feel sure you’re “tough enough” you can still work. I thanked her and said I would appreciate her looking into it, then the staff rushed me out of the exam room, I had to ask them where Dr. Nichols went and explained she had not answered my question yet, they said she’s with a patient, I said that’s OK I will wait. Shortly after Dr. Nichols poked her head around the corner from a back office and rudely advised “she could only give me one day, one day was all I was getting!” I said maam that’s fine, so you’re telling me with this bone protruding I can safely work and not have to worry about infection, she yelled loudly “one day is all you’re getting!” Like I was some type of inconvenience to her by being concerned about my health. I was so appalled about the way she treated me I simply shook my head in awe. Even the office staff bowed their heads in shame. The overall experience has so far been horrible, customer service is it the very bottom of Ms Nichols’ priority list, and by the looks of my gums, so is her quality of care. I return in a week to get my additional liner, let’s hope that experience is much better than the others.

Was treated horrible, she was so very rude, I have never had a worse experience with a so called dentist, no bedside manner, and hurt me repeatedly. Horrible!

I can’t believe I went in asking about new dentures she literally told me all dentures were the same it just depended on how much I wanted to pay she took no time to even look at my X-rays she didn’t explain my options she kept shrugging her shoulders I just felt lost when the lady up front asked me which ones I was getting I left and will take my business elsewhere

I had a tooth filled and I have been in pain for a week now . It was simple small filling and I have never been in such pain ever for any dental work . I’m currently looking for a new Denist to see what is wrong . It hurts to chew or eat . This is crazy

Lady at front desk should be fired

The most rude, ill-mannered admin staff I've ever experienced. Was unable to make an appt do to a rude receptionist by the name of "Ricki" who refused to make my appt--each time I called she was too busy to check the schedule. On top of this she was ill-mannered and immature. When I tried contacting the office by email to notify them of the issues, guess who called me back? You guessed it "Ricki". She pretended to be the office manager, told me she didn't believe my email, and if I had any further issues I could contact my insurance company. What she fails to realize is without the patients she would have no job, but she's too ignorant to understand that. Needless to say I never made my appt, and have no intentions of trying. I would not recommend this office to anyone, and in fact will be contacting my insurance company to inquire about having them pulled from the network contact list.
