I have been in the care of Dr. Stephanie Elmore and her PA's for over half my life (25 years). You will not find a more caring group of medical professionals. I highly recommend anyone at this practice if you are looking for a primary care provider.

They send wrong prescription to pharmacy and I have to wait for one whole night without medicine until they are open. As they didn’t sent response to pharmacy.

I had booked in advance an appointment with PA for morning 8:30 am . I didn't get any reminder for my visit or any notification. I called office and informed I am running late(It was raining) staff told me rudely to be here by 8:45 am and when I reached by 8:48am they cancelled my appointment. They could have told me on phone itself when I called as not to come. After reaching Dr. office cancelling my appointment was not correct and I had bad experience.

Takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers them, makes you feel like a patient (as opposed to a bank account) has helped me feel better than I have in a very long time. and additionally important...she is always on time and I never feel rushed!

Been going to her for over 10 years and wouldn't think of changing.

She is so attentive and nice. I always feel like she is really listening to everything that I tell her and she's super genuine. I came in a mess (hormones) and she got me straightened out and I feel like myself again the way I did at 25 instead of my actual 45. Love her.
