I'm typing this letter to let you know how your nurse treated me and she came out to the waiting room she didn't intruded her self to me and my daughter. she sit down beside my daughter and that when the nurse raise her voice at her and said you are an hour late then the nurse said i'm expecting the other patient to be here 20 to 30 in the clinic. That why me and my daughter got up and left the clinic. my mother was a new patient and coming to see you for the first time for what your nurse said to me I was an hour late the time will have been 7:00 am they call Friday even and no one say anything on the record at all I didn't make the appointment to see you so who ever made it they are responsible for it. I didn't know what time my appointment was and no one didn't call back in the clinic at all. You didn't try to resolve the problem and I don't approve how the nurse treated me and my daughter in the waiting room and that is not right and professional of the nurse and the clerk.… you are the doctor you didn't come out to see what the problem was and you don't seem to care about the patient.

I never write reviews but in this case I must commend Dr Garrett! She is an outstanding doctor with the bedside manner of a family member. She is patient, caring and kind and actually LISTENS to the patient. I am STILL in shock that SHE, herself a busy physician, actually calls you back with test results and additional information. She is AWESOME and we are blessed to have her as a doctor!
