Wonderful staff

The office staff is a joke. Very uptight and snoody. Maybe they should have jobs other than with the public. I will never go back to this practice. I would recommend going to another practice.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Gordon and her staff at the Stockbridge, GA office. Dr. Gordon and her staff care deeply about their patients and provide the best medical care available. Dr. Gordon treated me for a chronic medical condition that I had lived with for years. Thanks to Dr. Gordon and her staff, I had an excellent medical outcome. I would highly recommend this very competent, professional medical practice.

I could not be more pleased with a doctor or doctor's office based on my first-time visit to Dr. Gordon as well as my follow-up phone calls regarding needed medications. I had very little wait time to get in and less than 15 minutes wait time when I arrived. All of the staff persons with whom I dealt were the friendliest, most professional and courteous medical office staff I have encountered anywhere. Dr. Gordon was personable, very knowledgeable regarding my condition and spent a lot of time talking to me and performing her examination. While I expected I might have to have surgery for my condition, Dr. Gordon was helpful in exploring other alternatives. for which I am grateful. I have been particularly impressed that a "real person" answers the phone each time I called before and after my office visit, and very timely and courteous in responding to my follow-up phone calls and needs. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience thus far. I wish that all… doctors and their office staff were as professional, courteous and caring towards their patients.

I had a very positive experience in Dr. Gordon's office. First of all she did a seminar that I attended and I voiced my concerns over another matter at another doctor's office, and she took up at least 15 mins after the seminar to discuss with me (this of course was unpaid time!). Then I saw the nurse practitioner in her office, Lani, and she was wonderful to me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and when I had a problem with taking one medication she was quick to order another one and even gave me samples as I have a high deductible. The nurse doing the intake interview was thorough as well and empathetic with my concerns. I felt as if I mattered to them as a person and not just as a patient. Also I was able to get an appointment very easily since she has so many ancillary personnel (i.e., NPs and such) and you don't have to wait for months for an office visit. I found the staff very professional and courteous and they explained everything in detail and took a lot of… time to answer all my questions and try to find a solution to them. I would definitely recommend her office and Dr. Gordon to anyone who asks! To the patient with the mesh difficulty: this is a manufacturing defect and there is a class action suit about it so it does not reflect on the doctor's expertise nor her lack of a concerned attitude related to the difficulties you experienced.

This office staff seems more concerned about your money than your health, and treats you with very little respect. I will not return.

I've experienced terrible attitudes from the staff. I NEVER do reviews, but the staff's attitude was really bad.They lack concern for me as a patient. I had this problem a couple of years back. I decided 2 give them another try & figured maybe things may have changed or may have different staff, NOPE, lack of professionalism is still there. I've never dealt with that from multiple staff members in a doctor's office. I was also given different results from different staff members (phone calls from multiple staff members saying different results) how do u know which is correct. I explained that the other staff had different results, they all we like "Well this is your results here". I had 2 find another OBGYN ASAP. Too bad it ended that way, my experience of the office was just unprofessional, rude, staff defintely lack concern.

I chose this clinic because the other clinics had months of wait time before I could get an appointment. Once I got to the clinic, my wait times weren't bad because my appointments were both at 8am. I got a biopsy, for which they billed me $590 (look less than an hour!), then an additional $450 "lab fee." I have excellent insurance coverage, but this wiped out my HRA in a single visit. Then, I had to go for a follow up apppointment to receive the results. They would not setup a phone appointment or anything, and said I need to come in to speak directly with the doctor. The staff was very unhelpful in the cost estimate when I asked how much they will charge me just to speak to the doctor. They estimated $100 to receive my results. I was able to quickly schedule my follow up visit, but now I'm looking at my claims summary and they billed me $196. You've got to be kidding. Don't go here. I'm changing doctors.

Meagan is great! She has an awesome bedside manner and is very contentious to your needs. Overall the practice is one of the best for obstetricians and gynecologists. I would definitely recommend them.
