Dr. Stephanie Claudia Greger, MD

Dr. Greger is by far the worst Rheumatologist Doctor I've had in my 15 years of having Lupus. She does NOT care about her patients, has absolutely no compassion whatsoever and unfortunately what it looks like to me is that she only sees each patient as a pay check. I've always disliked anyone in the medical industry who only chooses this career for money not compassion and Dr. Greger definitely has that in her. Don't bother with her, find someone better! Someone that will take the time to explain and to listen to you. Remember, YOU'RE in charge of your health.

I’ve seen Dr. Greger for three years. She’s always up-to-date on my status and labs, has adjusted medications as needed, referred me to needed physical therapy and reminds me when it’s time to see other specialists. I read the review above that said she cancels and is hard to work with, which surprised me. As I noted, I’ve seen her quarterly for three years and have only received consistent professional service. I recommend Dr. Greger without reservation.

This doctor constantly cancels appointments with patients, does not reschedule for another 2 months after cancellation. When you call to speak to the manager instead of resolving the issue they refer you to call your insurance company and find another provider. Bad customer service. The doctor is always oblivious as far as what medication she has given, what is working and not working and states she will make medication changes without doing do. This doctor does not seem to care about patients and the office manager is the same. Not much can be expected if you want to improve your health here.
