Dr. Stephanie Jean, MD

I am so appreciative of the care I received from Dr. Jean and her team. She is a very thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind (I could go on) doctor. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor during what was a scary time (and am so thankful that the other surgeon my primary care doctor tried to get me in with wasn't available!) I just left my 6 week follow-up appointment a little sad because I really won't have a reason to see her again (which I know is actually a good thing). I wish her continued success in her career!

I can't sing Dr. Jean's praises enough. My hysterectomy involved removal of an 18 cm fibroid that had to be dissected from my bladder. She and her team were amazing. They were safely cautious with my recovery. My incision which goes from my belly button down is barely visible 6 weeks out. I was back to work within 2 weeks (although she did give me grief about it). She and her team's bedside manner was warm in a situation that can be be alarming. My only regret is that she is not also certified in Plastic Surgery because a tummy tuck as well would have been lovely - lol!

She can put you at ease even if you're most frightened. She's knowledgeable and offers necessary and complete care and info without you having to pull teeth to ask or knowing you should know. She seems to never be in a hurry, she has time for you! And the staff around ber that I've met are as pleasant too.

This is an amazing doctor..I am 66 years old with uterine cancer. She was able to remove everything through small cuts made be the daVinci robot. I am a week into recovery with few incidents of discomfort. This is controlled by ibuprophen. She has such a positive attitude...it's contagious. I am a stage 1b...but I may not need any further treatment...just checkups a few times a year. We will see...
