Dr Stephanie J. Jeske, MD

It was EXTREMELY unprofessional for Dr. Stephanie Jeske to be laughing while on the phone as the On-Call physician for cancer patients. I asked the doctor if I needed to verify my mother's information and she gave me a very negative tone and repeated if I needed help. I told her I didn't appreciate her tone and she hung up on me. Two minutes later, she called back and said do you want help or not? I told her once again that I do need help because this is an emergency but I did not appreciate her tone. She laughed at me and that is when I erupted. My mother is going through stage 3 pancreatic cancer treatment and I have a doctor who works within oncology laughing about the matter. What kind of cruel person does this?

What a great Doctor and staff! This has to be one of the friendliest offices I have been to. Dr Jeske seems to truly take the patient to heart just like a friend. Very personable and never in a rush. Always takes the needed time to explain any question you may have. Thumbs up!

Dr.Jeske is warm, kind, loving. She is bright , brilliant and on top of all of my medical needs. I feel safe in her care. I know she is looking out for my best health interests. The staff is equally as kind and pleasant. Dr.Jeske and her team make what could /would be a scary experience feel like everything is going to be okay, you are in good hands.

Absolutely loved Dr. Jeske! Her excellent care and amazing personality and manner got me through a terrifying period of diagnosis and treatment for CLL. I would recommend her to anyone. Only sad that she has left Kaiser Santa Clara, but that's great for CPMC patients.
