Dr. Stephanie Shim Kehoe, MD

I was shocked bc I've never had a bad experience with a Dr before. As many others are saying though she is very unprofessional forget bedside manner she's just flat out rude and only 15 min apt times. Lastly if you are having some serious symptoms go literally anywhere else she doesn't like to run tests for some reason after two different apts I had to go to the ER to find out what was going on with me props to them though they found the problem within the hr so I don't want to make it seem like stormont vail is bad.

She is not a good doctor she is most interested on her time/money then the patient. She told me that if I don't like the services I can go somewhere else. She was mad because she only give me 15 minutes of appointment and I brought a bonch of health issues and the appointment was only for one so I told her that I didn't know that patients have to schedule different appointments for each health issue and I was paying for the services. She kept arguing with me about other issues super disrespectful and rude. I was surprised about her behavior because she is a doctor what mean she supposed to be worried about my health. So I decided not go back to her because I cant put my health on somebody hands that made me feel my health would be misstreat other than safe.

Dr. Kehoe is very personable and thorough. She is easy to talk to and if I don’t understand something she takes time to explain. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had and would recommend her to my family and friends.

I thought long and hard before posting this review. I absolutely have to echo what others have written: she is obsessed with time, telling me that they only "allow 30 minutes" per patient; that she starts 'on time' therefore my showing up on time was late, and now, after her nurse (who never bothered to introduce herself until I asked her who she was) finished her required intake duties (while she complained about a 'new' system that she was yet unfamiliar with and was slowing her down), Dr. Kehoe let me know that she 'didn't have time' to complete her exam and talk to me at the same time. I felt shamed - I cried during the exam. She also mentioned that my cholesterol was very high (lab results from 6 months earlier) yet didn't go any further than that. New test? nope. Any suggestions on what to do about the high cholesterol? nope. I need a physician who is more concerned with MY needs rather than the needs of her corporate bosses and the clock. I will not go be going back.

Very disappointed. She is not professional and very rude. She is more Interested in her schedule than her patient, causing her not to be thorough. I would never recommend her to anyone.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, that’s how bad my experience was with Dr. Kehoe was. She is rude and not professional. She isn’t thorough because she wants to keep her schedule. Her schedule is more important that the patient she is with. Very disappointed in her and would never recommend her to anyone.

She is consistently rude, along with her staff. She'd rather complain about things that have nothing to do with the appointment then actually spend time helping you. Please look elsewhere if needing a physician. She is not worth anyone's time.

I absolutely love Dr. Keyhoe. She is such a down to earth person and doesn't just state facts and Medical trials. She understands that you're a human just like her! I feel very comfortable talking to her about anything. Shes a Family Practitioner, so she can see almost anyone. She helps treat my Diabetes and recently is helping me with my newborn baby girl. Highly recommend! As far as the negative comments on being late to her appointments... Dont be late! She is a busy lady! Has other folks to see and you may have set another one of her appointments back.

I’m most for sure never seeing dr Stephanie Kehoe ever again.she absolutely horrible . She more concerned about me being 10mins late to my appointment and less concerned about my yearly check up and lab work she Was way more concerned and spend more time with on me being 10mins late then spending time with why I was being seeing for.and it really upset me when she actually told me I was over weight by 5lbs I’m 38 hrs old and weight 165 and told me I was 5lbs over and asked did I work out and do I eat Dairy well I actually do 30 mins of treadmill and 45 mins of weight lifting. So I’ve got some muscle tone yes. My fault.but what upset dr Stephanie actually spent time to my face telling why she doesn’t understand why my old doctor did my exams wrong and how she felt she wasn’t following the doctor law guide lines .which my old doctor did not do that but how Stephanie really spend time telling me that how my old doctor wasn’t a good doctor. Which wasn’t correct and why would throw another… doctor under the bus so to speak like that.when I seen my old doctor well over 12 plus years and she check everything. I’m most for sure changing doctors and I would never recommend anyone to De Stephanie Kehoe

My Primary Doctor of 12 years left the clinic and the only physician that replaced him was Dr Kehoe. First she was punctual and counts her time with patient starts 15 minutes before your actual appointment time. Read well and obey the request to be there 15 minutes before appointment time because that is when she starts counting your 30 minutes. She lacked the ability to answer my questions so I understood and made me feel like a fool even asking. She reminded me as several grades below the Navy Corpsmen I had in the Navy. She did diagnose from across the room on a skin condition and ordered a prescription that wasn’t effective and later diagnosis by a different physician proved wrong. Since I was 10 minutes late from my pretime my time with her was 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes. She made sure that I knew she didn’t like it and expected me to be better in the future. Time seems more important than patient care.
