Dr. Stephanie Jo Kinnaman, MD

Dr Kinnaman is the most caring doctor anyone could ask for. She will not stop looking for the root of your problem she will find a solution. She has been our family doctor since she started 21 years ago. I can not say enough nice things about her just know she is a very smart doctor and listens to you.

I stopped going to this doctor last year after an infuriating visit. I hadn't seen her for several years (don't go often). And the few times I have, was pawned off on a NP. I was going in to be proactive and manage some issues and she acted like she didn't have time for me. She also shouldn't be prescribing medications since she doesn't know what is in them or how they work. She also has an attitude and presents herself as if she is better than you in some way in my opinion. Have always gotten this vibe from her. I find her arrogant and not very knowledgeable. She had to go get her phone (not before huffing at my absurd question about how a drug worked before I took it) to tell me in very basic terms how a medication worked. I could have just looked it up myself. I later found out it was not to be taken with one of my other meds. She didn't catch that. I wrote a lengthy letter and sent it to her and her corporate office about how terrible the visit was and never heard from either. I… won't even get started on her ordering an Xray of my family members knee when they really needed emergency surgery for a spinal tumor two days later.
