Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Neenah, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dr. James Kramer Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we …will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Options
The cost of dental care varies depending on the needs of the patient. We are sensitive to your needs and offer payment plans to meet your budget. We ask that you provide us with all insuance information so we can inform you how your insurance benefits will assist you in our office. Facilities and Equipment
Our office is state-of-the-art. We use digital X-rays, including digital Panoramic X-rays. Intraoral photography for patient education and laser cavity detection for diagnostics. Our facility was completed in 2008 and includes patient comfort essentials such as massaging dental chairs, T.V. equipped operatories, Nitrous Oxide delivery, and convenient parking for our patients.
