Dr. Stephanie Eilene Ladson-Wofford, MD

This Dr. doesn't like to give straight forward answers and dances around the issues. Telling a patient that "I don't have a crystal dall" is NOT an acceptable answer.

I was a patient of Dr. Wofford for 8 years until my recent move and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to be treated by a nephrologist. She is very professional and highly knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I received very good treatment from her and her staff.

If you enjoy sitting in a waiting room for 1 -2 hours past your appointment time, then being spoken to like a 4 year old being scolded and told how you know nothing and shouldn't be involved in your own car because you didn't go to medical school, then give her a call.

I had to wait almost three months for an appointment. The week of the appointment, I am told that they need to cancel because the Dr. is not going to be in that day, and provide me a single time slot on a different day that I need to attempt to plan around. Sorry, but this kind of practice is not acceptable for professionals that travel extensively, or have otherwise busy schedules themselves. Would not be a huge deal if I didn't already feel that a 3 month lead seems a bit ridiculous in and of itself. I have no comment on Dr. Ladson-Wofford as a physician-please do not associate my low rating with her medical skills. Based on the extreme difficulty I had in getting an appointment, I can only assume that she does a fine job with existing patients.
