Dr. Liebman is a great doctor, however I am highly disappointed with the phone answering ability of the staff. When I call a doctors office I at least expect the phone to be answered during business hours. The office voice mail constantly picks up. I am a new patient and am already thinking about switching to a more reliable office.

Scheduling prompt, very professional staff, top notch Dr. Caring, thorough, truly cares about patients. Honest and forth right.Patient can tell office staff if they need more time w/the Dr. than the usual 15 min. appt. 30 min. appts. no problem.If you feel you need to spend more time w/Dr. yr. condition is such that more than 30 min. is needed, SPEAK UP, the staff is most accomidating. Dr. is more concerned about patients than schedules. Appt. will be scheduled so it does not cause other patients to wait an overly long time for their appt.OR, Dr. will suggest patient go to ER to be seen immediately where more elaborate testing facilities are available that what is normal in a Dr.'s office.
