Dr. Stephanie Maria Madonis

When my mother had complications from watchman device implanted by Dr. Madonis, and was hospitalized for strokes and seizures , Dr Madonis did not respond to multiple phone call from physicians caring for mother at York Hospital needing permission to discontinue 1 of her 3 blood thinners. 7 different phone calls with no response. Now my mother is unconscious and in the care of hospice. Care is supposed to continue after procedures, Dr. Madonis couldn't even return a phone call

No patient care..installed watchman device in my mother to "improve her life" and she had been in a health decline since. Strokes and seizures followed, then RSV..Then pneumonia...then sepsis..then c-diff...now in hospital hospice receiving morphine to keep her comfortable until she passes. Dr. Madonis was contacted repeatedly by doctors at york hospital for some insight to my mother's heart, but Dr. Madonis did not return the 7 phone calls she received. Unacceptable patient care. I only did 1 star because it wouldn't let me do zero stars!
