Just got a letter in the mail that because Medicare does not pay them enough money back they will no longer take my insurance. It is sad because i have been going there for decades ..guess it does not pay to be older and retired with this office. In the search for a new doctor's office now for 2020....so much for being the office that cares for the elderly. Guess that only works certain people.

She tried to prescribe medication for something I do not have and when I tried to talk to her about it she lied. I will not be going back.

I have been coming to see Dr. Malleus for a while now and for the past few visits, she does not listen to anything that I have to say. She just looks on her computer and makes a judgment on my care without even listening to me. Case in point she spent 5 minutes lecturing my mother on why taking a baby aspirin is not good for me instead of speaking to me the patient. Blaming her for my stomach problems. Keep in mind I had already told her that I had not taken aspirin since before my surgery which was about a month ago....but again she does not listen. I am glad she is reducing her patients because I need to see a different doctor...one that can look past the computer screen and look at me the patient.

The doctor is okay but needs to listen to patients better. Some of her staff members giving poor customer service and not knowledgable. Searching for someone new.

Dr. Malleus runs a busy practice, which speaks to her reputation. She is willing to take her time with patients of all races, religions, shapes and sizes. She haas consistently made me feel very comfortable during exams and has diagnosed me correctly each time I've seen her.She will tell you if she can't diagnose something and refer you to good specialists. She runs very late because of the time she spends with her patients. Her office manager is wonderful and most of the other staff members are great! She does not randomly diagnose nor does she throw meds at every condition. I have recommended her to many friends.

I have found Dr. Malleus to be a godsend. She is concerned not only abour my physical health but always asks about the family, my job etc. She willingly refers me to specialist if needed and has managed my healthcare exceptionally well. I have switched my entire family to Family medicine as well as referred co-workers to the office.

I went to Dr. Malleus office three times over a two week period. I was seen by a temp. Dr. working in the office. My appendix had ruptured and it was never diagnosed by anyone in this office. I finally went to the E.R. on my own and had emergency surgery. I was in the hospital over 3 months. This was in 2005. Due to complications, I still have not completly recovered. This is my personal experience.
