Dr. Stephanie A Marx, MD

Dr. Stephanie Marx was born in North Dakota, spent her childhood in Texas and graduated high school in Missouri. She attended the University of MO-KC School of Medicine 6 year program, graduating in 1993. She completed pediatric residency training at Childrens Mercy Hospital in Kansas City in 1996. While she was a resident at Childrens Mercy she was named the Outstanding Clinical Resident of the year in 1993. She was named the Outstanding Clinical Resident by the Missouri Chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics in 1996. Dr. Marx joined Pediatric Care North the summer of 1996. She is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Marx is the enthusiastic mother of three children, Alex, Jennifer and Luke. She enjoys school volunteering, cooking and entertaining with family and friends, as well as waterskiing and boating. Her husband, Dr. James Marx, whom she met and married while in residency, is a family practice doctor.
