Dr. Stephanie Nichols Mcclellan, MD

She is thorough, intuitive, and professional. I've never seen any doctor who was as concerned with learning who I was as a total person and what concerns I had with my body. I was referred to her by a neighbor who I know to be an outstanding Internist. Now I have my sister switching to Dr. McClellan as well.

Dr. McClellen is probably the BEST GYN on the west coast! I have been a patient of hers for over 2 decades. I moved away from the area a few years ago and have tried to find a new doctor that knows, cares and finds answers. No one can compare to Dr. McClellen especially if you are not a textbook patient. My respect, and thank to you - Stephanie!

Dr McClellan is by far the most knowledgeable, kind and gentle GYN I have seen. She takes the time to explain procedures and is very thorough in her examination. I never feel rushed and she is truly concerned about women's health and well being. I wish there were more doctors like Dr McClellan in the medical profession as I feel she sets the bar very high.

I was referred by a friend to Dr McClellan, and have no regrets! She is wonderful! She is interested in you not only as a patient, but as a person as well! She is proactive in her treatment and was spot on in her diagnosis.

Fabulous doctor! Beginning with my initial contact with Dr. McClellan, she has always impressed me as being extremely professional and thorough. She is caring and attentive to my needs and concerns, and treats the 'whole patient' rather than simply the female reproductive organs. Perhaps most important, she LISTENS to the patient and always answers my questions. I do not mind waiting for her because I know she will spend equal time with me. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. On the contrary, I feel like she will continue to consider my case long after I leave her office! I would never hesitate to recommend her, and am sorry she no longer delivers babies as my son and daughter-in-law will be starting a family soon.

Dr McClellan was recommended to me by a health professional. When I called two years to have her see my girlfriend, she was not accepting new patients. I pleaded her case and they accepted her. She does not accept my girlfriend's insurance so I am paying cash. But she is worth it! Unfortunately, my gf has needed 3 surgeries in the last 2 years but all is well. I then brought my 15 year old daughter for irregular periods. I am confident of her care. You likely cannot see her, but getting into her practice is next best: Dr Hamilton is her associate.

Dr. McClellan delivered both my children(now 11 & 13) and did a hysterectomy 2 months ago. I moved out of state a couple of years ago and couldn't find a GYN that came close to her knowledge and expertise. I flew back to California to have the hysterectomy done by Dr. McClellan. She is very caring and always fully explains all options available. I was very surprised to read some of the other comments, but can only say she has been in practice for many years and has a wonderful reputation. Please do your research before listening to a few people that have written negative comments. Try talking to the hundreds and hundreds of satisfied patients!!! She is truly an amazing individual.
