Dr. McNally is by far the best OBGYN I've had. She has an exceptional bedside manner and she's clearly a skilled and thorough doctor. I am recommending her to all of my friends and family.

I had two visits with Dr. McNally and would never see her again. During my initial visit with her, which confirmed my pregnancy, she informed me of all my subsequent appointments which included every prenatal genetic test available. As this was my third pregnancy I knew they were not required but she said it as though they all were. I had no intention of having any extra testing completed as it would not have had an bearing on the pregnancy. Due to the hour plus wait time I was unable to have my blood work completed during the appointment. When I did not have the blood work done immediately her office left a message on my home answering machine inquiring about my prenatal blood work. I had completed there rather large packet and stated that my home phone was not to be used for communication. When I arrived home from work my nanny said "congratulations!" HIPPA violation. During the next visit I informed her that I did not want to know my baby's gender. She performed an… unscheduled and unnecessary sonogram and then stated "I know what you are having". I asked her if I was supposed to have a sonogram and she said "no, I just did it anyway". Very unprofessional behavior. I requested to never see her again for an office visit. Before she was part of this practice they delivered two of my children. I will not be returning.

Dr. Trentacoste is the friendliest, most professional doctor I have ever encountered. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Trentacoste delivered my first baby. Thank G-D I had a labor coach at my side and that saved me from unnecessary C-section that she was so eager to perform. She was only waiting to hear that my coach left (she thought she did when she went for a coffee), was unfriendly, unkind, and really made me anxious. She is really with one face in the office and a totally different face when she is in the delivery room (and that's when a good doctor counts the most.
