Dr. Stephanie Michele Morgan, MD

It's rare that you find a doctor who is willing to listen and talk to you without feeling that they do not have time to hear what you to say. After all, sometimes what is going on with our bodies is not always simple. I saw Dr. Morgan for the second time yesterday (the first was eight months ago) and both times she has made me feel more comfortable than any doctor I've used in my 60+ year life. Many doctors are haughty, but not Dr. Morgan. Both times she has listened to me and both times took action that gave me relief in short order. She works in an office with a number of other doctors and I've seen a few of them. All are nice, but she is the prize of a doctor in my book. I highly recommend her.

Front desk staff rude. Dr Morgan is unreliable. She'll tell you she'll do something and doesn't. Wait time is always over and hour to receive poor treatment. I won't be going back.

waited an hr & 45 min to see the doctor and she spent all of 5 min with me. She loves to talk over you and just don't care it's off to the next patient mo money. Think twice about this one, I don't see how she passed the medical examine

For me getting health care for the first time in my life, I wanted to find the right doctor and clinic to see to my needs. Being a wife, mother of three and taken care of a parent, it is a blessing to be able to take care of myself for a change. I research clinic's and doctors online and found Dr. Morgan and the clinic she worked with. I then made my first appointment ever to see a doctor for just my health and no other reason. Dr. Morgan was sweat and listen to my areas of concern. We settled on a course of action and we are following through. I look forward to my next visit to hear of my results with her and how better to improve my overall health and quality of life.

Does not return calls

First of all if she's an obgyn she shouldn't work at Dr's Care. Second of all, Dr. Wilcox tries and the other woman doctor there ((number three on this list)) is absolutely amazing. Everything else about Doctor's care is aweful, to the point i will shortly be going somewhere else. Dr. Morgan doesn't even let her patients finish a sentence. You can't even tell this woman your symptons because she wont shut up telling you how to live your life long enough to fix the problems you are having. The nurses and front desk staff and whoever answers the phone are the most rude people I have ever dealt with. This is Gadsden people, come on. This is suppose to be one of the poster cities for courteous, nice, caring people. They should send everyone but two doctor's to a big city because apparently they don't know how to act in a small town. My advice, find another place to go. I've been a patient there for three years, because my family goes there, but I'm finding another doctor. These… people ((most of them)) only care about getting you out of their office and collecting their money. Dr. Morgan is the worst about this, she may have the shortest wait time , but it's only because she doesn't listen to her patients.... at all. i'd rather wait for a good dr then be seen quickly by one who doesn't care. I would give zero stars if i could.

Doctors are great but it's a shame the rest of the staff isn't the same. Horrible staff and nurses with terrible attitudes. They are texting outside of the room (making you wait an extra ten minutes for them to come in. The only issue that I have with the doctors is that they made me take additional tests (at my cost) even though I had my results from a specialist the week before. In my opinion, find a different clinic and these doctors should find a better place to work.
