Dr. Stephanie L Mullins

Mullins' office staff charged me contemporaneous with the procedure for the "alleged" co-payment. When the Explanation of Benefits came out, I owed significantly less and it took weeks of contact with her and/or her office staff to secure the overpayment demanded upfront. Choose another practitioner! This woman is very unprofessional.

Mullins is absolutely amazing!! She knows her stuff and explains it in ways you understand. Super nice!! I can't rave enough about her. They make you feel at ease. After the service, you think that was it. I can do that again no problem!! Not only is she amazing but her staff is too! They always answer the phone. They answer all your questions and you never feel like you're a bother. Even their chair gives you a back massage during your service!! I will always chose here!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Mullins enough! She and her staff will make sure you are incredibly well taken care of! Everyone from the front office staff, the assistants, and Dr. Mullins were wonderful. My root canal was absolutely painless and only took about 30 minutes. Nobody ever WANTS to get a root canal, but if you need one, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I really had a bad experience with this physician. Root canal done,I had a badly infected tooth..She could not keep the area numb but chose to continue the PAINFUL procedure..She should have packed it..given me antibiotics and then finished. Now.4 months later I had to have the tooth pulled.and I have to get another partial!! This was an expensive and painful lesson.

I had a root canal in Dr. Mullins office and from start to finish it went great. The staff was awesome and she made me feel so calm and informed me on everything she was doing. If I ever need another one she is my #1 pick to treat my tooth.

When I found out, that I needed to go beyond my regular dentist, I had to find out who my insurance covers, check reviews, and see how far I wanted to travel. There was one review on Dr. Mullins, that was pretty bad. I did think a lot about that, but, since it was close and I had already cancelled my first appt, because I thought I was better, I decided to go ahead and go. Everytime I talked to the front desk, they were very helpful and cheerful. Even after I told them, I needed to make a second appt. The lady was really helpful on getting the time I wanted, and explained consultation versus THE root canal, since I wasn't totally sure if I needed one. The office was VERY welcoming, I felt like I was in someone's living room. Any type of drink you could ask for, pop, bottled water, fruit drinks, cocoa, flavored coffee or plain coffee. Plus, wrapped toweletes!! So far, pretty great. Still having some reservations, Lisa, Dr Mullins assistant, very sweet, very informative, caring and… knowledgeable. When Dr. Mullins came into the room, she was very pleasant, introduced herself and started giveing me information about what was going to happen. Both ask if I had any questions, so many times, I couldn't count. Both very friendly and caring. Very lovely business and everyone there, seemed like I walked out, not just a client....but, a new friend!! Oh, and I went in convinced, that I would need "the Gas," and they advised me if anytime I felt I needed it, it was there and ready. I made it just fine, even tho I couldn't chat, they told me everything that was going on!! Summary....great place, great people, I will highly recommend that office.

I was referred to Dr. Mullins for an abscess incision & drainage and re treatment of a root canal with a crown in place ( previous root canal was done by a different endodonist). I was nervous about the procedure itself but Dr. Mullins went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in her abilities and knowledge. She discussed all options and talk me through each step throughout the process. It was very obvious during my encounter that she is amazing at what she does and cares greatly for her patients and staff. I have had several procedures prior to this and it was by far my best experience. I would highly recommend her and will definitely return to her office if needed!

Ive been to Dr. Mullins on several occasions. She always takes the time to explain my diagnosis thoroughly and prescribe the best treatment. Ive had a root canal and an implant and both were painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Mullins for any dental issues you might have.

Dr. Mullins and her staff are wonderful and very caring. They made me feel right at home. Great experience!

Something went wrong when she went to numb my jaw and I ended up feeling like someone was pouring boiling water over half my face and had double vision for close to an hour. When I went home to read about it, basically she pushed the local in WAY too fast and my nerves were irritated. Also, my lip was burned when she was working on burning the roots of my tooth. I feel like after I expressed concern regarding the bad numbing situation I was treated differently and they had no patience with me after that. Will never go back and I continue to notify people of my experience. There are plenty of other empathetic, good doctors out there.
