The bad reviews are written by one person and Dr. Ngo doesn’t deserve that. Dr. Ngo listened to my concerns and provided a comprehensive assessment in a comfortable, transparent environment.

Should have studied something else at Duke - like cheerleading. Just really does not have the competency for the profession and I wonder what she did to pass her classes in school or to even get the job at Swedish.

She displayed an unwillingness to turn on a computer to check information. Such as guessing my antibiotic history rather than taking two minutes to look it up on a computer. Though it is mainly due to Swedish Hospital in Seattle doing little or no supervision of resident doctors and even those supervisors with extremely bad habits - or extremely overworked to the point of not reading labs, progress notes, or even taking a few minutes to consider a patient's life and death circumstances. Dr. Ngo is - along with others at her hospital - responsible for me walking on a grotesque 3 toed foot everyday - from what was at the time a very treatable infection.

Why she would stay at such a place - rotting with a culture of incompetency and mismanagement is beyond me. Stay at the crap-show there and one is just damaging - justifiably - one's reputation.

She is personable and likable - though very inexperienced and did not properly read labs, charts, and progress notes - thus her assessments were a distorted inaccurate mess.

Did not respond to any of my questions nor the numerous concerns I raised about the danger - to patients' lives as a result of the incompetence of Swedish's Red Team ER care and the haplessness of their Family Medical Clinic. There's nothing wrong with being a whistleblower - unless someone is just too cowardly or selfish to have the courage to stand up for what is right.
