I approach therapy similarly to how I approach life: striving for health in all areas (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, relational, etc.). If you are looking to become a healthier and more authentic version of yourself, you are in the right place. As a mental health provider, I believe clients guide the therapeutic process and therapy is, by nature, collaborative work. I am able to tailor my theoretical approach based on a client's unique needs and goals. I pull from a variety of theoretical orientations including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation.

I graduated in 2015 with a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I have worked at a behavioral health organization, a private k-12 school, and in private practice. For the past two years, as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have been working exclusively in private practice, primarily with the LGBTQ+ community.

This …work sometimes includes specific phases of life that are unique to the LGBTQ+ community, such as coming out or transitioning. Other times, the work includes issues that can affect anyone, regardless of one's sexual orientation or gender identity. These issues could include relational conflict, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, career exploration, personal growth, divorce, parenting, etc. I also work alongside individuals who have a family member who identifies as LGBTQ+ to support them on their own journey and to provide guidance on how they can then support their loved one.
