We had a terrible experience. My son came in for a routine well visit. At the time, he was supposed to get a bunch of shots. Because he was sick, the nurse and I both agreed to wait and do the shots next time. Pretty standard procedure. When a child is sick, their immune system is compromised, or they're running a fever, you're not supposed to get the shots. So, she had me sign a waiver stating that we would wait until next time. No big deal, right? Well, everything has fallen apart since then. The office called recently to set up a follow up appointment for him to get the shots that he was behind on. I spoke to the front office, and then they patched me through to some gal in the back (office manager maybe?) and she stated that they could no longer see us. She rudely said that they don't work with families 'like ours' anymore due to my refusal to vaccinate. So, I was stumped. I wasn't refusing the vaccines! I was trying to make an appointment to get them done. So, even though the… nurse agreed that my son should wait on the shots, that decision was being held against me. The office knew he was behind on his shots, and that is why they called in the first place, but when it came time to set up the appointment, they took the time to rudely state that they didn't work with 'families like mine.' So, why did they call in the first place? Why was she so rude and unprofessional? Why was this gal categorizing me and my decision that I made WITH the nurse? So, now we have no where to go. Apparently, no pediatrician will see us because our records state that 'I refused to vaccinate' (which isn't completely true), we were 'discharged' from an office (which doesn't sound good), and now my son is behind on his shot schedule. No pediatrician is willing to even see us! Even though my other children are up to date on everything, it still doesn't matter. Now, all of my children don't have a doctor now, my one son is being threatened by his school that he has to get his shots within the next month, and I can't find a pediatrician willing to take us. Her office literally distorted the truth and has ruined our reputation through their statements in our records.

This is by far the worst medical clinic I have been to. The staff is not helpful, rude and very unprofessional. My kid hasn't even seen Dr. Russo yet and I'm already driven away from this office bc of its incompetent staff members. And in order for us to get a new pediatrician we need medical records in which the staff has destroyed without my permission. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this clinic.

Dr Russo take great consern with the moms and dad as well as the children. I have to find a new doctor due to insurance I actually sat and cried. Dr Russo feels mor like a friend. I had the pleasure of her care for my children for almost 20 years. today is a sad day for me. I will miss her caring way she has with my children.

best doctor. she is #1 when it comes to children. Never had an issue.she take time with the kids and parents. Very caring and interested in what you need to discuss. wait time is so short nurses are kind and enjoy children.

I had Dr. Russo as my pediatrician when I was a child, so I was very excited to have her for my child. She is excellent, has a wonderful personality, and overall is a great doctor! However, the office staff is rude, and sometimes I question their competency. For instance, the "nurse" who was administering my daughter's vaccines was injecting in the wrong area of the leg, which I did not appreciate, and when I asked her about it she told me that she "didnt know the names of the muscles she injects into." Maybe I'm being too picky, but if you are giving an intramuscular injection, you need to know the names and whereabouts of the muscle you are injecting into. Also, my toddler was having fits all morning and caused us to be 10 minutes late, and she really needed to see the doctor but the staff wouldn't hear anything about us being late and told us to reschedule. When we came back on the rescheduled day, the girl behind the desk said "You're lucky you aren't late because I'd have to make… you reschedule again" in a very sarcastic tone. I told her that I had actually forgotten about the appointment and was glad I remembered before it was too late - and she just laughed at me and said "no you didn't" I'm not sure what that was supposed to mean but I have begun to search for a new physician for my daughter because although I love Dr. Russo, I don't feel that anyone should have to put up with rude comments, sarcastic tone, and general unfriendliness of office staff. And one last thing - whenever Alexis is sick, she never gets to see Dr. Russo, only her new PA, who is very nice, but there are times when I just really want to see her doctor.

Dr. Russo is fabulous!!! It is her office staff that are terrible!
