Dr. Stephanie Marie Traud, DO

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and she prescribed a Medicaine for me that I need to get switched due to insurance reasons. I have left multiple messages on my chart almost every day. I had one return call. I have left messages for the nurses they told me pretty much that my problem was not important, and it could take a while. Ok, so I gave them a week. Still no help. So, when I call and leave a message ON HOW FRUSTRATED I AM. They treat me terrible. I like Dr. Traud but this is ridiculous.

Dr. Traud is one of the most caring family Drs. I have had in my lifetime (70 yrs.). I would recommend her to anyone.

Kind and compassionate provider. She takes great care of both myself and my two children. Not many doctors that will take the time to get to know you like she does. Her staff is great too.

I've been seeing her for a nearly 5 years and I think she is awesome.

Dr trauds staff needs a lesson in manners , n for sure alot more training , n as for the dr , she has a bad bedside manner n never follows through any test n her nurse kim needs to work at burger king bad nurse, think veryhard before going to be a patient there

Dr traud is a nice dr , but her nurse kim calls in ur meds witout telling a person , then rite aid called me , thank God to say they were putting my meds back , i hd no idea i hd meds called in by kim . Her nurse kim is a bad , lazy nurse , please becareful when u chose traud as ur dr, she doesn't follow through on any test she commits to
