The wait time is unbelievable!!! Expect to wait up to 4 hours!! They room was filled with people and kids for HOURS with the same patients waiting and waiting to be seen. My kids have to be out the whole school a whole day just to be seen for a physical every year. There is one good thing I can say is the service from the medical doctors and assistants do give good service. I have 4 kids that are seen together two at a time on different days and the wait time is ALWAYS unbelievable, the last visit took over 4 hours!!!

The medical assistants they have running the front desk are horrible. No compassion, with a minimum of a 20 minute hold time on the phone. If they even answer. Office manager Elizabeth NEVER returns phone calls, even if you feel your child may be experiencing an emergency. One of their assistants, Dolores, downplayed my child's problem. And told me, "if you think its that big of a deal, go to the hospital." Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. And the worst part about it, Dr. Ringwald was the most wonderful Dr. and now her office is a complete dog and pony show. Ridiculous. Also, they misdiagnosed my child as having a snoring issue LOL. She actually has cervical lymphanetitis. Hmmmm. Take your children elsewhere if you really have a concerning issue, because these people are a joke to the medical system.

Making a same day appointment proves quite challenging, however, the staff is so polite and courteous you almost forget the time it takes to even have someone answer the phone.

Each time i had an appointment i showed up early and still ended up waiting over an hour.

I am a single dad and I don't konw what I would do without Dr. Walton and staff. Always there when I need. They have helped me when I could not afford my babies medication, they have helped me when no one else would. I am grateful that there are still such loving and caring people in the world.

We had to switch doctors last summer with an insurance change. We have had nothing but gut wrenching issues with this office. They refused to approve my daughter's medication without seeing her for the first time (something she needs to live), but couldn't see her for three weeks! Luckily, the insurance group worked with a specialist to get the medication approved. When we finally did get in, we never saw the doctor. The NP is very nice and we've seen her on every occasion. In fact, we have never even met Dr. Walton. My daughter has two very serious diseases and the doctor has never wanted to meet her. The NP has handled everything, but I would think there would be one instance where the primary care physician would actually want to know their more seriously ill patients that require ongoing care. On three occasions, the prescription for my daughter was incorrectly written (twice I caught it and once the pharmacy caught it). Unfortunately, it wasn't until after we had left. … It takes 30 min each way to correct all of their mistakes. I have spent so much time and gas dealing with the incompetencies.

Dr. Walton's offices have the BEST staff, the BEST office Manager, the BEST Doctor's and Nurse Practitioner. It is so comforting to know that they are just a phone call away. I feel very fortunate to have such loving and caring people caring for the medical needs of my children
