Dr. Stephen A Andrade, MD

He doesn't seem to listen all that well. I requested a different prescription due to the unpleasant side-effects I was experiencing to the one he initially subscribed. I had to describe those effects thrice before he understood. I'm NOT an expert but I get the impression that he might be developing some form of dementia based on the other "what could be improved" categories. Also, I overheard one of his staff members mention that he didn't know how to start up his own laptop. Odds are this is a device he uses frequently and it's quite alarming that he doesn't know how to boot it up. My mother is in her 80s and she can start up her laptop without any hesitation and she only uses it maybe once a week. I'm not trying to sound disrespectful or anything but perhaps the good doctor should retire before he finds himself the recipient of a malpractice suit?

Very nice doctor, explains procedures very well, and is a very capable doctor.

The only pro is that his office staff is so kind and wonderful and although he might be extremely knowledgeable, his people skills are more than lacki ...
