Dr. Stephen Marc Baker, OD

My son in elementary school needs vision therapy per Dr. Baker. Long story short, it has been a year and a half. First appointment canceled after a year of waiting without notice to us because a therapist quit. Second appointment cancelled due to a delayed shipment of needed equipment. Third appointment not in system, no notice to us again. I refused a fourth appointment at this time. Please note, a year and a half ago we switched our insurance over to one they accepted, but that is generally not accepted by other physicians. Now we are stuck looking about 3 hours away for vision therapy with an insurance that is not widely accepted. This place is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. A year and a half of waiting and my son still has not had his recommended therapy. Sad.
