Clerical error costs me 2k out of pocket. Horrible billing service, no accountability. They made a mistake by billing my secondary insurance, who then retracted the funds. Several years passed by and the claim was submitted to the correct insurance and it was denied due to being past the statute of limitation. Now I’m being force to pay the bill out of pocket, even though I PAID to have primary and secondary insurance coverage. All the other items for this procedure were billed correctly, except for the one from WSS. They made a clerical error that cost be 2k out of pocket, plus the monthly insurance premiums I had to pay. I tried to settle out of court and offered 50% to leave me alone and they refused to negotiate, after they caused this issue. Zero accountability, terrible customer service and just an unreasonable company. I will do everything I can to never be a customer again and I intend to tell as many people I can to help protect the little guy. This is a standard example of… big medical and big insurance getting away with whatever they want. If I refuse to pay, the court will garnish my pay check. I’m not even given a chance to fight a far battle. Everyone knows its wrong and can see they made a mistake but the responsible, middle class, average person takes it in the rear.

He has a lot of knowledge about what he does and is very kind and calm with his patients.

Went into hospital with bowel blockage that did not resolve on its own. Due to other issues, Dr. Bartos waited to do surgery until all was resolved. He was patient and had a gentle manner. He took time explaining the problem and solution. I was very confident in him and would highly recommend him.

He did my gull bladder removal surgery. It went as planned, great doctor, great bedside manner. Would recommend highly!

Dr. Bartos is the best! I felt he was very knowledgeable about my circumstances, and made me feel very much at ease. His after surgery follow-up was also top notch. He was caring about my concerns, and aswered all my questions. He took his time without rushing me. I just love him and his team. Thank you Dr. Bartos!
