Dr. Stephen Bradley Bookmyer

Dr. Bookmyer is amazing at his job. Hands down, he is the best dentist I've ever been to. His staff is so professional and friendly I just love it there.

I love Dr. Bookmyer. I will not go to anyone else. He is flawless at what he does and I never feel any pain. I've always been afraid of going to the dentist but he has eased my mind about it.

Dr. Bookmyer and his entire staff are awesome. When I went for some work he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I recommend him to all my friends and family!

The office staff is rude and demeaning. They were not understanding that I had to cancel my appt twice. They wanted me to pay for consult upfront, not all facilities make you pay for consults and really shouldn't since we dont even know the cost they will rack up.

We had an exam, were told at the beginning of the appointment that our insurance was "fine". On the way out the door after the appointment, the person at the front desk informed us that we were out of network. When I called back to speak with someone about the difference in our bill because of the information they gave us, I was told that they would not write off that amount. When I explained the situation, she apologized, but said there was no way anyone in their office would have told us that, and that we probably don't understand what the term "out of network" means. I tried to explain again, and she cut me off, told me to have a nice weekend and hung up on me.Needless to say, no matter how good this doctor might be, we will be looking elsewhere because of his highly unprofessional staff!!

Dr too busy, rude staff, not capable of filing insurance right or providing pre-qual to get correct estimates. Treat you like a dollar sign. Not a good medical practice.

While Dr Bookmyer may be a good oral surgeon, his schedule is overbooked and his staff is unprofessional. There are continually issues with correctly filing issurance and the office staff is completely unprofessional in their communication about this, won't work with you and even when you pay $400 up front and then they file the insurance incorrectly to get reimbursed, they will threaten to send you to collections for the remaining $50 amount accusing you of being a deadbeat. They will get you in for appointments but the dr is running like mad and has to rush you through the process. He is likely very good but the overall experience is not worth it.
