I was an emergency case referred by another dentist who refused to extract my broken infected and partially missing back molar. Receptionist was great got me right in with in a day and 1/2 and first appt if the am. I was terrified!! But the assistant was great and the Dr. was amazing only three pokes with the needle a little gas and I closed my eyes counted to ten he said to me you may feel pressure here then again here and here. That was it I was done. I literally cried tears of relief and I’m so thankful to everyone at the New Britain office.

Arrived with my grandson after his mother called yesterday to ask if I could bring him or if she needed to be there for the CONSULT. She was ASSURED that she did not have to be present for the consult and that as long as I brought my license there would be no problem. My grandson missed his after school club activity for this appointment because his wisdom teeth were hurting . After being greeted and handed one form to complete, one of the women said that there may be a problem because mom was not there. I explained that mom had called to specifically ask if this would be an issue and was assured it would not be. Two women then said it wasn't an issue at the time of the call but there had been a policy change. When I asked if the policy change occurred yesterday (because mom had talked to them yesterday) they said yes it had been changed yesterday but " time got away from them today" and they didn't have a chance to call. REALLY?!?! They refused to see him based on their… reported office managers decision and that was the end of that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!!! How poor to have assured mom she need not be there then not bothering to call when they knew we were coming from 40 minutes away and that the child was having pain. Would not recommend this practice to anyone. What a circus.

My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Bosco was excellent and even though she has some issues after the surgery they tended to her needs.
