Dr. Stephen James Branham

I have been going to Dr Branham for several years. I have had many check ups, cleanings, and other dental work including 3 or 4 crowns. The staff is courteous and friendly. The cleanings are done in a very thorough manner. All of the crowns I've had done have turned out great and just seem like my natural teeth and bite. I get tired of always having a backlog of work to be done that has to be spaced over time to have insurance cover it.

My experience with this dental office was deplorable. I went in for a crown and was told I need two fillings also. After receiving my temporary crown I began having an abnormal bite and within two days my temporary crown came off. When I went to have my permanent crown done, I had to have a piece of dental glue literally dug out of my gums and in the process of crown placement two of my teeth were glued together. They sawd between my teeth to make a separation and I've been having a problem with that space every since. When I told them it was uncomfortable when I bit down, the denist who did nothing more than periodicallly check his assistence who did all of the work, told me that's probably gonna take awhile to get use to the permanent crown because its larger than a temporary. A week later, I had to return because I still could not chew or close my mouth because my bite was off. I returned to have a technician "fix" my bite. The bite problem has been alleviated, but is still off. I… guess I will be going to a new denist inorder to have someone help correct the problems I have had since my work done at Dr Brahnams office.
