Dr. Stephen David Browne, MD

WOW this staff is amazing! Always either answers the phone (which most offices you don't even have an option but to leave a message) or returns my call if i request to do so in my message. Dr. Browne and Nurse practitioner are very knowledgeable and caring. Would recommend anyone I know to this office. They truly do care for their patients.

I don't understand why I can not find dr Browne' portal. I would like to know the results om my blood work

Dr. Browne is a great doctor. He is knowledgeable, patience, , and caring. He communicates well with his patient and takes time to answer questions. What is concerning to me and other patients is the office staff. I hope the staff read this and take it seriously: (1) no one ever answers the phone. As a patient, sometimes I want to talk directly to a person without always having to leave a message. I work and have a very busy schedule and most times when a call is returned, I cannot take the call because of my job. (2). When an appointment is made with Dr. Browne that is who I expect to see. But the staff will schedule a patient with the nurse practitioner without even informing you that is who you will see. You do not know that you are not seeing Dr. Browne until the nurse practitioner walks in. Patients should be informed by the front office who they are going to receive medical services from and let the patient make the decision of whether they want to reschedule the… appointment so they can see Dr. Browne. The three stars are for how the staff runs the office, not for Dr. Browne or the nurse practitioner.

Dr Browne is very easy to talk too. Knows what he is talking about would recommend him to anyone

I do like dr Browne he is easy to talk to, very knowlefgeable However lately I never see him, office staff gives me nurse practioner, does not ask how I like to see. I thought he was more concerned over my issues. Than np

Was my first visit but Dr Brown was very thorough, friendly and seemed very interested in what I had to say, without the feeling that he was in a hurry. The whole of the staff was very professional and the hospitality shown can't be beat.

Relies heavily on lab work to make diagnostic decisions. Annual exams are barely exams, lab work used to determine health status.
