Dr. Stephen David Buck

Went for a bad wisdom tooth removal, ended up with a rushed root canal for tooth next door. Asked for the tooth interior to be disinfected with a laser advertised to be protocol in the clinic for cleanings, and according to information I had in hand about how vital to sterilize completely the interior of a root canal to avoid the typical problems down the line. Dr. Buck said oh, no need to do that. Now a few yrs later, my root canaled tooth is toxic to my system after fighting infection for a couple of years, it has had to be removed completely. Thanks for that Dr. Buck. Then on a subsequent visit, he kept insisting I must have terrible headaches due to jaw misalignment he deemed to be in existence, and told him no I never have headaches, but he kept insisting I must have horrible headaches. Back to the root canal, I now understand that teeth can be healed, and I suspect the root canaled tooth was merely aggregated by the sick wisdom tooth next door. Despite holding himself out… as a holistic dentist, Dr. Buck made no effort to advise me how to potentially heal the remaining next door tooth before starting a dramatic root canal. I suspect the root canal was completely unnecessary and now the tooth is gone thanks to his handiwork. He is not very apt, is only interested in the most expensive treatments not the long term dental health welfare of the patient, and not to be trusted.

He was very dishonest concerning his "treatment plan"compared to what he did. He created more problems than he helped that are even harder to live with. I'm out thousands of dollars. If you decide to go to him get everything in writing. He is very aggressive with his treatments.

My dental cleaning was awesome and felt super comfortable during my appointment. I feel confident in my treatment plan and I look forward to future visits.

Dr. B and Company saved my mouth! When I first started coming to this office, I was a scared, woefully under-treated patient. Now, I actually look forward to sitting in the chair, knowing that my mouth and teeth are as healthy as I (and this staff) can make them.

David is the most innovative dentist I have ever worked with. He is willing to reinvent and re-imagine the whole of dental practice to put it in line with a sensible natural orientation free of toxic metals and in line with the latest technological tools. He is also an interesting thinker and a loving caring person. All around, I would rate him as excellent.
