With all people and all injuries there are 3 main areas of concern that need to be evaluated and addressed: Joint range of motion, soft tissue (Muscle, Tendon, Ligament and Fascia) mobility and muscle/tendon strength. We combine the best evidence-based techniques to address these three areas, so our patients can get better faster and stay better longer.
