I am originally from Long Island, New York, but spent 10 years in Maryland before moving to the West Coast. I was in private practice in La Jolla for several years before joining Kaiser Permanente. There wasn't a time in my life that I didn't know that I was headed for a career in medicine. I can't imagine a more rewarding calling.
