I came to Henry Ford ER for post-op complications that had the potential to be life-threatening. He listened to me, ordered the correct tests and then came back to discuss the results. This is the amazing part; He came in my room, closed the door, sat down in a chair and explained EVERYTHING to me. He was respectful, patient and kind. He answered all of my questions and came back several times for my follow up questions, of which I had many.

He treats patients without seeing them. What a scam. Bad medicine. Should not be allowed to "practice" medicine. Practice doesn't make perfect, just mistakes. Deadly mistakes. Maybe they should just do away with Doctors in general if this is what there is.

DR. CLUFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT WAITING FOR ME TO TELL HIM WHAT I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH ME HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PLEASANT. VERY HELPFUL. HOPE THAT HE HAS HIS OWN OFFICE
