Dr. Stephen John Conte, DO

I went to this doctor for a rapid test for Covid. They told me that I had Covid after taking the test. I paid a deductible I was told that I was in Network. I've continued to receive several phone calls from an extremely rude representative of Dr. Steven Conte. She called me and told mw that I'm actually not in Network at all after it was verified that I was. She can accuse me of stealing checks that she says were delivered to my home but never were. And to top it all off I find out that I've never had Covid and that the test results were not accurate. I've called back his office several times and they refused to assist me and have threaten me with taking me to collections. It's impossible to get somebody who shows any type of respect or decency to resolve this matter. I wouldn't advise using Stephen for any medical treatment whatsoever. Simply dealing with his office alone is a huge disadvantage compared to other medical professionals. If I go to your location for medical… attendance I don't expect to be taken to collection for errors made by your staff.

Terrible experience! Needs to retire! Misdiagnosed, misread my daughters ultrasound. Dismissive and uninterested. Didn't want to do a kidney ultrasound ordered by another MD. Tech was rough and "mean' to my daughter who is now awaiting surgery after Dr. Conti said there was nothing wrong with her kidneys. Unreal. Embarassment to healthcare.
