Only seeing him for that's who my insurance sent me to waited 2hrs before being called in back and then another hr with the students doctor and then the doctor for absolutely nothing all he did was go over my medical records and ask if I need any prescriptions refilled them. This place is a complete joke and when I told him what I needed he did not refill

Appointment midday in the week and you wait an hour to see the doctor. No one will inform you of what’s going on. Terrible service.

Always takes good care of my health issues. Friendly and efficient. Great staff members too, especially Sheila at front desk.

I had the worst ever experience at this facility, treated horrible at the check in, i was inconvenienced 4 times to return to the counter while waiting. The staff was rude and not caring. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment, waited 30 mins in waiting room, seen by a Lecom intern who just sat reading the laptop and asked me the same questions as last visit. I did not know I was training an intern. I waited in that lonely room for over an hour, I asked 2 horrible so called nurses for help they did nothing and just sat there saying he will be in soon. I could hear Coppa another doctor and an intern having lunch, not a care in the world for his patients. I left without seeing him and I was verbally abused by a nurse and the receptionist on the way out. Coppa read your ratings you have problems, no wonder no doctors can work with you and your horrible team.

They are unprofessional.It is the business. They don't care about their patient at all. There is no office manager. There is no one to complain if you running to any problem with the Dr. Or staff.

I had settled on Dr. Coppa as my primary care physician and scheduled an appointment for a physical examination. I arrived twenty minutes prior to my first appointment to complete new patient paperwork. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my appointment time and seeing multiple people come and go after I had arrived, I asked a couple of other people in the waiting room, who told me they were patients of Dr. Coppa, about typical wait times to see the doctor. I was informed that it was not unusual to have to wait for 30 to 60 minutes before being called into an examining room only to have to wait up to 30 minutes to see the doctor. 65 minutes after my scheduled appointment I mentioned the delay to the receptionist. Her response was that the doctor was running behind and that if I wanted to I could see a physician's assistant who was between patients. After driving 30 miles and waiting 70 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Coppa, I left without seeing… anyone. It was apparent that neither Dr. Coppa nor his staff have any regard for patients' time or inconvenience. No explanations for the delay or apologies were offered. Although I can't say for sure, I wouldn't be surprised if this attitude is also manifested in the doctor's level of care. I haven't any interest in patronizing someone who thinks that his is the only time that matters and that my time is worthless.

I have been to Dr. Coppa's office twice. My 1st visit he had me make appts. for tests I had'nt ever heard of. For that I was very grateful as he was very interested in my overall health. I didn't feel like I was on a time limit either time I was in his office. I had the option of him or Diale Kolma Nurse Practitoner - 2nd appt. and chose Diane as I could get in a little sooner (2 DAYS). She was also excellent and spent a great amount of time explaining my test results and the treatment of of each problem area. Then I went to leave and talked with Sheila at the front desk. She was helpful, kind and very caring. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS OFFICE. IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT CARING AND COMPASSION - CALL DR. COPPA - LUCKY FOR YOU - HE'S TAKING NEW PATIENTS!!

Dr. Coppa is very detailed and takes the time to explain all details. However the two times I have come in to see him is a long painful wait...at least 2 HOURS. Why set up an appointment? He should have more respect for his patients!!

I have never gone to Dr. Coppa without waiting at least one hour, and often quite longer (in excess of two hours). I think the care he delivers is just fine, but this total lack of consideration for his patients speaks volumes. If your doctor doesn't respect you, what good is he?
