I don't like the idea of not being able to make an appointment for say next week or month. You can only make an appointment the day of. You cant make appointments for med repeats, everything is done through his receptionist. It took me over a month to get results for tests done downstairs. No one calls you to tell you, you have to keep phoning there. When she is done on the phone with her friends, then you get to talk to her. Going elsewhere!!!

This doctor received above average reviews online, so I can't understand why my experience with him fell short. The staff and the doctor were very pleasant and my wait time in the waiting room was short. But that is where the quality of care ended. I've worked in healthcare my whole life, so perhaps my expectations are different. I didn't feel like this doctor helped me. Each problem I had, he referred me out- I said I had allergies, he said I had to see an allergy doctor. I said I suffered from mild acne, so he said I had to see a dermatologist, etc., etc. He referred me to specialists without offering me any help of his own. I had to have blood drawn, he referred me to a lab! Why couldn't he draw my blood? Why couldn't he offer to give me help for my allergies- even if it was just to until I can get an appointment with a specialist? Why couldn't he offer me at least minimal help with these common issues? He didn't even try. I guess this lack of patient care trickles down to… the reception area. While everyone was very pleasant, they also didn't seem keen on doing very much work. I had to request multiple times for a paper on where to go for the lab work. They also didn't want to put a referral through on my health insurance until I scheduled the appointment with the doctor! I told them that many specialists won't allow you to schedule an appointment without a referral. Anyway, despite everyone's friendly and pleasant demeanor, I will not be returning to this office for care.

Dr. Was real good but don't get sick on a Saturday.. NO Hours..cannot even get Rx refill..recording tells you to go to ER..Really? Perhaps need to change

Dr. Cusuamano is a caring doctor who never rushes his patients and addresses all concerns during appointments. His staff, on the other hand, misplace information, don't always return phone calls and prefer to chat amongst themselves rather than help patients.

Called for an appt. they took my info and said they would call back, they never did. When I called back they were rude!

A very caring practitioner. Takes time with his patients. Calls promptly with test results if warranted.

Spends time with patients to get full picture of problem. If unable to pinpoint diagnosis, will recommend specialist. Does not over-prescribe or over-test if unnecessary. Very caring attitude.

I called the office to make an appointment.....they took my info and said someone would call me to schedule an appointment.........waited over a week, and never got a call back!!!
