Dr. Stephen Day, MD

Dr. Day is great however, his receptionist/biller is less than helpful and unprofessional. I had been seeing Dr. Day for the last three years but due to work changes I experienced a change in insurance. She refused to take my insurance information or confirm it because " she never heard of it". They are in fact a contracted member of the multi plan provider that I am insured thru. I had to pay cash last I saw him. I wont do this again. They must have more patients than they can handle. I cant afford to give my business to those who do not appreciate my finances.

Dr. Day and his staff are wonderful. They have fought for me all the way and I will never forget what they have done. He is the first good Dr. I have seen in a long time. They really care about their patients. I would highly reccomend them.
