Dr. Stephen C Dowell

I went there to have a filling done that ended up in a crown over it. After the crown was set ( no root canal), the tooth gave me headaches unbearable and pain. I kept continually calling back and now (because I complained) and was getting the run around with Stephanie and Meghan about even getting an appointment. Finally, get the appointment and the dentist thought my pain was coming from the crown being to high. He shaved it down and sent me on my way. Called back again and told them my tooth is UNBEARABLE and I am in so much pain. Now one thing it is very sensitive and feels like I am biting on something between my shaved off tooth and the crown. Went back in again after husband called to get me an appointment. The tooth is EXCRUCIATING! Dr. Dowell tells me he is sending me to Canton, Ohio to see an Endodontist for a root canal. I followed through with that one too. After the numbness wears off there is more pain in that tooth and I still can not bite down on it. Now I called Dr.… Steven Dowells in Carrollton, Ohio and here I am again trying to set up another appointment with the Dentist. Still waiting for Stephanie and Meghan or anyone who gives a flying flip to call me back. I am so over this Dentist and the girls in the front ( that greet you) that it has come to me calling to get an appointment with another Dentist more competent. I have more than two thousand wrapped up in this tooth and have got nowhere. Its amazing how people can call themselves Cosmetic Dentists and have not the skills to fill a tooth. If this does not make you think twice on seeing him, then go ahead, and your turn (like mine) will come.
