Dr. Stephen V Dreskin, MD

Been dealing with leg, and back, issues for 20 years now. I've seen many medical professionals, and have had many different medical appointments throughout this 20-year period. I've had a few major surgeries. Undoubtedly, the most uncompassionate self-absorbed individual I've ever met in the medical field. If you need assistance for pain management this is not the guy to go to. If you want to work with someone who does not care to understand your situation this is your guy. Says he went to Harvard talks about himself like he's God and has zero care that you're sitting in front of him. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I will not be back. He belittled, and degraded, all of the medical professionals that have helped me and put me in front of him. Just very unethical. If you want to be belittled, and feel like you're being judged for your pain and suffering, go see this guy. I'm sure he's got something for you regardless of your medical… condition. Pecker had told my wife I was angry and frustrated how does he know I didn't say anything I sat there and listened he did all the talking. Now I'm angry and frustrated because not only is he taking money from me for his office visit he took time out of my life that I needed to use to actually get help. I'm now waiting another 10 days for an appointment through a different facility because I wasted my option with this facility. Life is really hard to you when you encounter people like this. Unprofessional demeanor throughout the building and Mr. Dreskin is not someone to be recommended or deserving of the title Dr. Horrible, horrible experience!

My first visit was with Dr. Dreskin..........walked in, talked and left........prescription for narcotics. I don't do narcotics but no other treatment options were given. Returned with all meds and told them I was not taking medicines that caused me to be unable to perform my job.

If you want to be treated less than, go here. If you want to be falsely accused of being a drug dealer, go here. This so called Doctor is pompous, arrogant, rude and lies. He has a God complex and uses his "power" to do harm. What hippocratic oath? This guy is a megalomaniac who decides to make up things when he is bored or doesn't get his way when you refuse to let him do injections. Run run run from these people! "First, do no harm"

Has absolutely NO empathy and hasn’t the nerve to suggest you aren’t actually having any pain, as if he can’t somehow magically feel what you as the patient are feeling. Totally arrogant and will not listen to what’s yiu are trying to telling him. Total waste of time.

I was suffering when I went it to see him. I had gutted through for months without narcotics but could not bear it anymore. I was having trouble at work, my household duties failed and I could not sleep due to pain. My pain originated from huge doses of radiation because of tumor in my hip area. It also affected my back which keeps deteriorating. His nurse was beyond hateful. They accused me of lying although I was telling the truth. They also told me lies about my medical record. If he is so burned out and not going to give narcotics or treat patients pain, he needs to get out of pain management.

My wife just left your office and was given a prescription that she is allergic to. We were called and Nurse Jenkins wants us to make another trip to the office to return that one for the correct one. This is unacceptable and should never happen. Also she was told she could not drink a cup of wine to keep the Passover Service once a year and should find another church! This I believe is religious discrimination and begs for a law suit if she is refused service for this reason.

I had been going to TVP for a year and a half. I consider myself a decent human being. I worked in Education for 22 yrs before my acdf spinal fusion that disabled me. As with most after a while you start seeing the P. Assistant, well mine was Derek Rigby.. he started out ok,,,but then they just want to get rid of you. I was in a lot of pain and lost insurance coverage for this clinic due to the changes in Obamacare, I tried the cannabinoid oil before deciding to go back to TVP..well guess what THC showed in my urine. first strike! The several months later my insurance denied my claim for pain meds due to needed a review from the doc since it had been a yr, well didn't find this out until at the pharmacy and on my last pill...it was wed at 5:00 well I call them the next day and I was told to make what pills I had left do me...well I had 0 pills, so I checked with pharmacy every day, and called dr office, and called BCBS every day and I finally got my meds on Sunday...4 days without pain… meds..well my husband had been a patiend there (he is a quadriplegic and decided he no longer needed his pain med and was seeking other avenues, Dereck told him to keep the pain meds and use them if he needed then and come back if he ever needed him. ..I had no choice but to borrow from him until I got mine refilled...of no fault of my own. Well guess what I was kicked out of my pain mgt and thru to the dogs for taking illegal drugs!!! What else was I supposed to do suffer excruciating pain....very heartless people there!! Never in my wildest dreams would I think id be treated this way.
