Dr. Stephen J Duggan, DO

Kim in the offic staff is very helpful and nice John is the best nurse ever and Dr Ellen is the best NP. I would want to have to go anywhere else

Dr. Duggan has been my primary care physician for approximately 18 years. From the first time I met Dr. Duggan I knew he was a doctor that a person could talk to without reservations. He has a professional but friendly bedside manner that allows a person to relax and discuss any medical concerns one may have. Dr. Duggan does not dazzle a patient with nothing but medical jargon, once he informs you of the medical diagnosis, he continues on immediately explaining what it means, treatments options or requirements and other vital information to you in a manner the patient can easily comprehend. I highly recommend Dr. Duggan to everyone that I find myself in a discussion regarding doctors to and do not hesitate to tell someone to switch if they are not comfortable or happy with their current physician. Because Dr. Duggan is a doctor that his patients feel they can talk to you may wait a little longer than your average physician but I truly believe that is worth the extra wait time. Dr.… Duggan cares & I, my mother & my son have no intentions of switching anytime in the future. We recently moved and I now will drive 30 minutes to go to him when necessary and it is worth the time & gas to do so.

This is my first review on a Doctor's office, I though it was important for the public to know what goes on in this doctors office. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment and was never seen because it was 'too busy' thsi was for a follow up on a serious medical condition. Also, I have been waiting 2 weeks for the practitioner to call me back regarding test results for another MAJOR medical condition; apparently the wrong lad work was ordered...needless to say I will be requesting my medical records and going elswhere...i figure i cant get any worse, since my life is alredy in jeopardy due to the lack of attention and follow-up
