Delivered all my children!! He’s the best around!

This comment isn’t about any doctors but a nurse . First I want to say I have been a patient of Dr.Durso for about 7years now . I called the office yesterday because of a pregnancy scare my period was about a week and a half late and I am never late. I was put through to nurse Penny. As I was telling her my symptoms the first thing she said was she hope I’m not pregnant because I’m only 22. I was taken by surprise and I kind of let it roll off because I’m not wanting to be pregnant but at the same time not something I would expect to hear from my nurse. We went on talking about the symptoms some more and she made another statement about how I’m still in college and again hope I’m not pregnant because I haven’t graduated yet ... we’ll just to add in I graduate in less than 44 days ????,which is besides the point. (I really start to feel offended ) she asks me a couple of questions about what I’m going to do after graduation and says well you must be really smart your coming out kinda… early (I did not accept it as a compliment!) What really threw me for a loop and hurt my feelings was what she said next. She asked what kind of contraceptives I was using and as always I tell my doctors the truth I said condoms every now and again but I’m not on birth control and she says ,” well you know your sex life and how often your having sex and you must not be in a very serious relationship because ...... I stopped her right there ! I told her I was hanging up because that was a horrible thing to say. I had taken jab after jab when I was already in a very vulnerable state ! I had never been treated so horrible “by a professional” ever. With my next appointment with Dr. Durso who I love I will inform him of this. Oh and by the way I have been in the same relationship since high school with the same guy !!

Dr. Durso is a wonderful doctor. I never have to wait forever to see him, yet he is thorough during my appointment. He is knowledgable and will answer all questions. I feel very confident that he and his nurse are taking great care of me. I love this practice and all the staff here!

Dr. Durso delivered both my children, and was wonderful throughout both pregnancies. The entire staff was genuine and attentive, and I never felt that I was rushed or unimportant. Love the ladies in the lab (as much as you can possibly love the lab), the ultrasound tech, the receptionist, and yes, even the billing ladies. I also saw Dr. Barnes and Geri (the midwife) several times, and felt very comfortable with them, as well.Dr. Durso continues to be my regular doctor.

Beautiful office, great staff, onsite lab, I walked to my mammogram after my appt. Medi weight loss center next door and owned by dr durso. all my friends go here.
