Dr Emmons represents what is best in a family practitioner and one's go-to day to day doctor: ability to assess importance of a situation and make himself available to you (particularly important for those unexpected curves life can throw at you), thoroughness in attending issues presented, patience in explaining what might be happening and what further steps might most be appropriate in diagnosing issue.
