Saw some improvement after treatments, but next day back to square 1 with my diabetic neuropathy. Usually went for treatment 2-3 times a week as my insurance dictated. Decided I needed daily treatment with a home system called TENS. Was told the office could recommend a system with good patient feedback. After several phone calls over next 3 weeks looking for a recommendation, I received no call backs from NP or office manager..Poor customer service. I guess I am done spending money with them, so I am on my own. Cannot recommend this office.

The whole thing seems like a scam and a rip off. They do TM flows on you with no clear explanation of what the results mean because they do not have trained medical personnel to answer questions. They sign you up for expensive time consuming treatments. The second TM flow results taken half way through treatment shows some good improvement. So you are convinced it is working so you finish the treatment. Then at the end of the treatment you asked to do another TM flow. Before the test is even performed I was being prepped by the technician for the results to be "bad" and was asked if I intended to extend my treatment for an additional 4 weeks. How would they know I needed more treatment before the test? Then the TM flow is performed and I am significantly worse. How can that be when 4 weeks earlier is was great? The test is rigged to be bad so you will continue expensive time consuming treatments. When you start asking questions there is no medical person on site that can… answer your questions on what all of it all means. My results were so bad I was like half dead yet 4 weeks before my numbers were good. Makes no sense. The explanation by a an untrained medical person was "the treatment wakes things up at first and then it it gets block again so you need to do more". Makes no sense. I never understood what any of the results meant and how I got neuropathy when I am not diabetic. So ask tons of questions before you begin the treatment.
