DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

I have never met a doctor that could care less about his patients. This guy is strictly in it for the money!! As long as you allow him to give you injections for pain you are in good standing with them. If you don't need injections but rather are able to manage your pain through medications, they will then do everything that they can to run you off. Here's a list of issues that I've had with this office in just the first 2 /12 months this year: 1. Prescriptions the doctor wrote were the incorrect pill count. He wrote the correct dosage but the wrote the wrong number of pills at the bottom of the script (which is what the pharmacy fills to) So I had to pay for an additional prescription thanks to his absent mindedness! 2. The doctor failed to sign three of my prescriptions. When I called the office to tell them, I was told that the doctor was out of the office and they would relay the message to him. I called and left 9 messages over the course of 9 days and not one time… did I EVER receive a returned phone call. I ended up going 10 days without pain medications!!! 3. The doctor does not give refills so you have to come in every month, they schedule your appointment on the 30th day each month so you are always on the edge of running out of medications. Twice in the last two months the called and moved my appointment back a week causing me to go without medications! If you require pain medications to be able to walk, then you know how important this is and how huge of an issue it is for you. 4. The doctor’s office called me to reschedule an appointment by one week later because they said that they were OUT OF PRESCRIPTION PADS!!!!! That one is completely unbelievable! 5. After being forced to go without medications because of doctor incomitance, I called my specialist and told them what Dr. Graham and his office was doing to me and he immediately offered to write me a prescription for my most needed medication. I had my appointment with Dr. Graham the following week and I was told that I was no longer a patient of Dr. Grahams and that they would not write me prescriptions for my other medications because I had another doctor fill one of my medications! That may have been one of the best things I'd ever been told in my life!! Thank GOD for other doctors that care about the care of their patients who immediately took care of my other medications because the too had heard of the substandard care given by Dr. Graham and his office staff.

Most arrogant, a-hole of a doctor. If you would like to spend every dime that you have and be insulted in the process then go see this doctor. If you would like to improve your health and see a caring and honest doctor then BEWARE of Stephen A. Graham because he is not the doctor that you want.

This guy is a big burnout, who only wants to give expensive injections and does not want to spend more than 5 minutes with you but want's you to wait 45 minutes for him. The absolute poorest doctor you will ever see!

By in far the least caring, least skilled, and overall worst doctor that I have ever seen in my life!! If you are at a point in your healthcare where $8k injections do not do anything for your illness, and you are only helped by a regiment of prescriptions, then this doctor does not have the time or care for you. He ONLY wants to do outpatient injections that he can setup each week like an assembly line of patients that he makes huge profits from. He has left me without prescription refills on medications that cause the full dangerous withdraw symptoms if you suddenly stop taking them. He has done this for three months is a row and I've gone without refills for up to 15 days each time. His reasons have been that he was moving offices and was just too busy to see me, he had a scheduling conflict, and this last one was because he ran out of scrpits and had nothing to write them on! Stephen A Graham MD of Frisco, TX is a profit mongering fool who only cares about his profit and… cares nothing about his patients. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Stephen A. Graham MD. Oh . . . . , he also has the worst bedside manner that you'll ever witness.

I have been seeing Dr. Graham for a couple of years and out of the blue I get a letter in the mail stating that I had tested positive for methadone and that I'm no longer under Dr graham's care. So you can say I flipped out to say the least since I've never taken methadone, seen methadone, nor have I known anyone to ever take methadone. I called them immediately opened the letter. I told them it's impossible for methadone to be in my system. I don't drink, I don't do drugs but they would not retest for me and basically said tough luck. So I called the toxicology lab that did the test and explained to them it's not possible, and the person there banned Tammy told me that lots of things can cause a false positive for methadone and that I need to call Dr. Graham's office and gave them send a retest request for the same urine that they hold it for 30 days. So I called them and told them exactly what the toxicology lab told me and they said they were not going to send a retest request and… that it doesn't matter they already discharged me. I'm beyond furious and this is unacceptable, especially because I know I'm telling the truth and they are calling me a liar. I can't believe this is legal and I'm not done fighting this. My integrity is on the line and I will prove them to be wrong and I won't be nice about one bit. Stay away from Dr. Graham because he wont give you the benefit of the doubt and his staff are inconsiderate morons.
