Where the services rendered were good there is an issue with HIPPA and Cleanliness of exam rooms as well as lobby furniture.

Dr. Greer is an absolutely exceptional doctor. I will never go to anyone else for any dental work ever again. I felt so calm about my procedure from the moment I met him. Exceptional surgeon and staff.

I went in today to take my daughter for wisdom teeth extraction. We got in the chair AFTER they took X-rays for the same teeth her dentist had taken LAST week before the referral. Once we got in the chair the receptionist came in and stated that we owed an $800 difference after insurance, due today. It was totally unprofessional to learn AFTER I’ve taken off today and had my daughter in the chair to learn something that could have been communicated last week. We don’t have $800 right away with no advance warning. So they FILED it on my insurance as a consultation. We didn’t need a consultation because my dentist that referred us last week already determined that she already needed it. Abuse of my insurance and very inconsiderate of my time as well as unprofessional

I was 'quoted' the same amount twice before I had a procedure. I had to come out of close to $300 because the receptionist put in the wrong information.

Almost never any pain with numbing shots, tooth extractions, or after care. Pleasant to work with. No long wait times.
