Dr. Stephen R Gschrey

Dr Gschrey does not seem to be able to talk to patients. I have to bring my husband to help me figure out what the treatment plan is and how the insurance will work. At best, he rattles off dental facts, facing me with his eyes closed. Usually he mumbles stuff behind me, that I think must be aimed at the staff. I have found it extremely unsatisfactory to try to work with him. His demeanor appears to be arrogant and has a dehumanizing feel, but I don't think that is the intent. I tried to stick with him, because the dental work is extremely good. Interpersonal interaction is important though, and I find I must move on. He would do well with taking the TVs out of the treatment rooms. No one is interested in Flip this House anyway, and it just provides another means to say the patient is not important because he and the staff pay more attention to the TV than the patient.
