Dr. Stephen Walter Haskew, MD

At a point in my life when I found myself without a job, no where to live, and two small children to take care of Hopelight Medical Clinic was a beacon of light in my dark world. They saw me and my children as walk-ins. Dr. Erin and Dr. Haskew both were so kind and welcoming and made no judgement. They gave us amazing medical care as well as some food and a blanket and pillow for each of us. They also connected us with a social worker who helped us to get into affordable housing. I am slowly getting back on my feet. Hopelight continues to support my family with medical care as well as counseling. All of the staff at Hopelight were amazing. I highly recommend Hopelight Medical Clinic!

All of the staff at Hopelight Medical Clinic were amazing! I felt like I was listened to and valued. I was treated as though I was a partner in my health plan not like a child being told what to do. Having both the on-site lab and pharmacy was amazing and cut down on all the stops I would have needed to make just to start feeling better. The clinic even followed up with me a few days later to see how I was feeling. This is an amazing place with such kindhearted staff! I will always recommend Hopelight Medical Clinic.

Absolutely horrible place to go for care. I contacted the office multiple times and went into the clinic trying to get a refill on my prescription and they still couldn’t seem to do anything about it regardless whom I spoke with. I called once again for a refill as I was going out of town and needed my meds. The nurse refused to try getting my script and simply told me to set an appt with my dr. I tried explaining I’ve already seen my dr for it and she just hasn’t sent my refill over as she was supposed to have. This ensued to where she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me get a word in and was so incredibly rude. I couldn’t believe I was treated in the appalling manner I was. Don’t go here. You’re going to get half the staff that is lovely and helpful and caring, while on the latter, you may just get an angry nurse or negligent dr that doesn’t care about you to any degree.
