the service i received was ok as i am active and healthy. i was looking for a new primary care doctor and attracted by the sports and holistic focus of this practice. i verified while making the initial appointment, when i went to the appointment, when checking out, when making the follow up appointment, and during the followup appointment that my insurance covered the visits and that the practice was "in network" and was told each time that yes i would be responsible only for the co pay. 2 months later i receive a bill for $367!! I did not need or receive any special services. the appointments confirmed each time that I was healthy. I have no idea what why an office visit would cost almost $300? I also paid for insane amounts of bloodwork and xrays. at the end of 2 doctor's visits i wound up spending $750!!! and i am insured !!! and the doc told me...keep doing what i am doing because i am HEALTHY. it is absolutely ridiculous that i was not informed of the insurance issue until… 2 months after services were received. im absolutely disgusted. i can't help feeling sort fo robbed.

They practice deceptive billing---you sign a paper one time, and they expect you to remember all of the fine print. They do not ensure that ALL patients are clear as to cancellation policies and charges. Please do not have a work or family emergency or you will be charged & then it will be sent to collections without you even knowing. Not one office visit was the wait time less than one hour! One visit the wait, after being ON TIME for the appointment, was two and half hours. That is NOT a typo nor an exaggeration---- the wait was over two hours! Do not see this primary dr unless you plan on spending half your day there.
